My 6 Commandments:

I believe rules are necessary for survival and survival of others. I used the number 6 because it is Lilith's number; besides belief systems have there commandments and theses are mine:

1. You should not WASTE (food or resources)...
2. You should not kill with out a legitimate reason (like food)...
3. You should not STEAL from KIN or family (stealing from others should be for necessities)...
4. You should not HARM KIN or the innocent with out a legitimate reason...
5. You should not PUSH you beliefs or anything on others...
6. You should not HARM or Destroy nature with out a legitimate reason or the natural balance of life...

I edited to say kill instead of murder. I also believe in the old world rules of eye for an eye punishment so those that like to murder for fun or just because the have the right to deserve to die in my opinion the especially goes for child killers and rapists...

I think what Kaboom is saying about murder is that we should not take it unto ourselves to decided the sentence of what the person has done. Even if we may want to when someone preforms the lowest acts of human kind ie. killing a child or rape. Did I get that right Kaboom?
